Shame Lab
A Playful Experiment in Shameful and Embarrassing Sexual Fantasies
Facilitated by Alex, Justine and Phil
May 16 to 18, New Paltz, NY
Have you ever wished for a container where you felt fully safe and free to explore your juiciest edges and desires? Is there something hot about being embarrassed? Do you want to witness other people's fantasies or participate in acting out a sexual fantasy? Do you want to bring voice and action to a desire that sparks shame?
In this Laboratory we will share our sexual fantasies with complete freedom of expression. Any shame and embarrassment will be witnessed without judgment. We will hold each other with love and compassion.
There will be opportunities to:
Talk about your fantasies, investigating what might be underneath
Explore your edges and perhaps expand your comfort zone
See if exploring fantasies can be healing, while keeping it all playful
Act out fantasies with any of us participating in various roles
Share what we discovered in group integrations
Play with the mechanics and healing potential of sexual fantasy through role play.
Explore the roots of our shame with care and discernment
Have some juicy fun.
Fee: $250. This includes event facilitation, food and lodging.

Arrive Friday starting at 5:00. Dinner at 7:00.
Please arrive before dinnertime. We will create our container that evening with an opening ritual, and begin connecting for our weekend together.
Ends Sunday at 3:00.
All meals will be provided, and bedding is available for everyone. Our house has an open floor plan, so there is very limited private sleeping space.
Our property is a clothing optional sanctuary in a semi-rural setting.
First Timers: Please fill out the questionnaire below by copying and pasting into an email, and sending to embracearousal@gmail.com.
You should expect a high degree of sexual expression and engagement in this container. This workshop also invites a more advanced level of scene work and offers an opportunity to push edges and confront triggers that may be especially vulnerable or challenging for some. The expectation is that participants are able to self regulate. We are constructing a safe and supportive container that seeks to hold both the crunchy bits and a high degree of pleasure with loving compassion and playfulness. If you are unsure if this is the right space for you, please reach out to one of us!
Come, share and surrender with us. Alex, Justine and Phil
